We are presenting the final team statistics for Season Three of Eternal Baseball. One of the reasons we chose to use this simulation software (Action! PC Baseball from DK Sports) is the limited built-in variance from season to season. Every player's statistical baseline is set as the average of their best three consecutive MLB seasons, but every season each player has their numbers adjusted anywhere between 30% up to 30% down. That modifier is assigned randomly, and cannot be viewed or altered by anyone. Season Three was the most lopsided we've seen (even including the ten test seasons we ran before going live) with the pitchers absolutely dominating the hitters. If the Season Three hitting stats seem depressed, you're not wrong - but the pitchers didn't mind. We expect things to be more balanced in Season Four. Keep in mind that some players played more than others due to injuries and platoon splits vs. LHP/RHP. If you see a player missing, please mention it below - we always say we'll never know a team better than their die hard fans.
