Cleveland's pitching staff is having an outstanding season so far - led by Stan Coveleski (17-9, 1.79) Addie Joss (15-10, 2.68), Shane Bieber (13-6, 2.87), and Bob Feller (15-13, 3.03) but today it was fifth starter Herb Score (7-9, 3.37) who stole the spotlight, throwing a no-hitter as Cleveland obliterated the Rangers 17-0 in Eternal Baseball. Score walked six batters and struck out six more, throwing 135 pitches and getting Mark Teixeira to ground out to Jose Ramirez (who made the throw to Jim Thome at first base) to seal the no-hitter. Score is the fifth pitcher to throw a no-hitter in Eternal Baseball this season, joining Sandy Koufax, Dennis Martinez, Max Scherzer, and Greg Maddux.
